Article 6: Delivery of Tickets

Article 7: Refusal of Sales and Delivery

Article 8: Ticket Replacement, Modification and Cooling Off

Article 10: Refund of Tickets

If the museum is temporarily closed due to maintenance, etc., the ticket price will be refunded to the customer by the method prescribed by the Company.
