■ Sales price and consumption tax

General advance price: 2300 yen
For sales prices of special tickets and various plan tickets, please check the details on each ticket purchase screen.
The displayed price includes consumption tax.

■ About the application period

General tickets can be reserved up to 30 minutes before admission time. Please note that the product may be sold out depending on the sales regulations.
The application period for special tickets and various plan tickets is determined for each ticket, so please check the details on each ticket purchase screen.

■ About the receiving method

After purchasing, “Tickets with QR code” will be issued for the number of purchased tickets.
When entering, each person must have one “ticket with QR code” and present the QR code at the entrance.

■ About payment methods and payment deadlines

Ticket purchase prices can be paid by credit card or at a convenience store.
Credit cards accepted include VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, and Diners Club.
Credit card payments will be taken at the time of ticket application.
Convenience stores include Lawson, Family Mart, Ministop, and Seikomart.
Please note that if payment is not completed within 5 days of making your reservation, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

■ About delivery method and timing

As a general rule, we will send you an e-ticket issuing QR code via email within 24 hours after the ticket price has been paid for both credit card and convenience store payments.
Please access the website using the e-ticket issuing QR code received via email and receive your e-ticket.

■ Regarding cancellation

Once a ticket purchase contract has been established, tickets cannot be exchanged, changed, or canceled due to the customer's convenience.
Please note that the cooling-off period does not apply to tickets sold through this service.

■ Regarding the date change of the target admission date

Date changes cannot be made after ticket purchase.

■ About refunds

In the event of business suspension due to force majeure, refunds will be provided only within the specified period as specified by the organizer.
Only the ticket price will be refunded.
