<Information>

This is a special ticket that comes with a spring-only Italian gelato.

Each ticket comes with 1 piece of FLOR gelato (provided in a cup).

You can choose from two types of gelato (sakura and matcha) at the venue on the day.

*Since quantities are limited, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Please note

*Gelato cannot be taken home, so please enjoy it inside the facility.

*Gelato is not included with child (elementary school age or younger) tickets.

<Delivery method>

Please present your QR ticket at the entrance gate. After checking your ticket, we will give you a gelato voucher, so please be sure to pick it up. Gelato will be given to you at the museum shop, so please present your voucher to the staff at the shop.

This is a date and time specified admission ticket that allows you to enter at the specified date and time.

*You may have to wait due to admission restrictions.

*Admission times are not subject to change based on time slots. Please enter within the time slot you purchased.

If you would like a receipt, please ask a staff member after your visit.

Please be sure to present your purchased online admission ticket and the application completion email containing your application number.

We do not allow strollers or pets to enter the venue.

There are no lockers for your luggage.
